What does Club Cheval mean?
– Cheval means horse in French. We all liked that particulary noble animal as we love most animals, special mention for our sloth friends.
What can the listeners expect from the mix?
– All the tracks included in the mix are originals & remixes made by us! So it features our lastest visions of club music.
What’s typical for your music?
– We always try to start from nothing that exists yet. We love discovering obscure genres, dig up the cool stuff about them. We want our tracks to keep all the rage and fun of club music while being weird at heart.
Your mix is going to be played on NRK P3, what do you think about that?
– WE’VE NEVER BEEN TO NORWAY. So we have to imagine a Norvegian landscape, with our music really loud played via speakers attached to a dear.

What’s typical for your music?
What alot different genres of music that I would say come into our music. So the typical Funkystepz music I would say is very tropical with little melodys, a bassline music & grime music bass with afro african drums. But alot times with mix those elements around. But you will most the time here the person saying “Funkystepz” in our songs.
Describe the perfect night out.
Perfect Night out is a rave down in England normally in London called Rinse vs Fwd done by the radio we are on down here called Rinse.
A perfect night out I would say is great music with many different genres of music being played, good dj that can mix, no violence, somebody doing something that makes everyone remember that night and everyone getting home safely. Hopefully 1 day we can get brought down to norway and we can see how a night out in norway is like.
Your mix is going to be played on national Norwegian radio, what do you think about that?
Its very big thing for us and a honor. We know Norway is a beautiful country with a wide taste in music and we are happy to get our music to be heard down there. And we want to thank you for the chance to do so and hopefully its a start to our relationship with Norway.
Where do you get your inspiration?
Everything is from life, family, friend, other producers, I would say are music style is a mix between Funky, House, Grime, Dancehall, Afro Beat, Bassline, Pop, Dance & R’n’B. 2 big inspirations our the fan we have and each other.
